| As a tribute to our Manager Shri Roshan Lal Jain and a mentor for all of us for more than 15years .With both sadness and respect, I hope to capture Shri Roshan Lal’s lively spirit and stunning contributions to the Shri Mhavir Vishwa Vidaypeeth
Shri Roshan Lal’s personal and professional lives were deeply intertwined. A constructivist by training and inclination, Roshan Lal Jee embedded these principles into his instructional work. Throughout his time spent in Vidyapeeth, he focused on governance, Sanskrit education and development of Vidyapeeth
He was a scholar and have a great command on English, with over 35 years of experience in Teaching, He studied students working in pairs in ThinkerTools and expanded to studying how students develop an understanding of scientific roles in his work
As a constructivist mentor, Roshan Lal Jee was an excellent listener who encouraged management to articulate their ideas. He was always a very caring, thoughtful, and considerate mentor.
During his tenure with Vidyapeeth, he changed the structural model of institute and enforced the importance of governance and always kind with poor students.
He initiated free meals practice for all hostel students.
Roshan Lal jee was a fabulous scholar, colleague, mentor, and friend. His influence lives on in the many students and colleagues whom he stimulated to develop a sharper and more nuanced understanding of his ideas.
He will always remain in our heart, we miss you Sir. |
